Bei Badgirl is a Sydney-based, internationally exhibiting artist & mermaid Barbie. She needed a refined version of her signature for her solo show signage and promotional material. We started with over a hundred signatures and made a selection of letters that turned out most successfully and which were most characteristic of her handwriting. The idea was to refine the letters and give the words some structure, but retain the irregularities that give the wordmark the spontaneity of a signature.
